OVERVIEW: VACIS IP6500 system is designed for practical operation at busy facilities.
Built for high throughput, the system can scan large numbers of containers
in the normal flow of traffic at gates or other checkpoints, without requiring
drivers or passengers to exit the vehicle. With its small footprint and low
radiation dose, the system can be used in very limited space.
And by identifying radioactive isotopes, the system can greatly reduce
the need for secondary inspection.
The system's component technologies are now operating at ports,
border crossings and other strategic facilities around the world.
A worldwide service organization, providing high-quality installation, training,
maintenance and technical support.
The VACIS IP6500 system helps fighting smuggling people, drugs, weapon,
ammunition, terror, undeclared illegal cargo and theft.
THE OFFER: USIE will install (accordance with the manufacture schedules) the scanning units.
USIE will operate the scanning units with her own management team and will be in charge of the
project for all the duration of the B.O.T period.
All training, maintenance and spare costs will be covered by USIE , as upgrade software.
Government/central bank will issue guarantee to USIE or to a company appointed by
USIE at the time of signing the detailed agreement concerning numbers, types of units
and installation location, to secure equipment and collection of fee.
Inspection fee will be charged per container for the B.O.T period to be paid to custom
by container/cargo owners.
The Custom will transfer to USIE agreed % of the inspection fee for each scan for the B.O.T Period.
The agreement with government authorities will be for duration of 5-7 with a renewal option for additional
5-7 years.
BENEFITS: - No investment needed
- % fee payment will be transferred to USIE and a balance
will be transferred to the government.
- Incoming Billions from illegal customs and illegal
contrabands /drugs inside containers.
- Will meet the international new security port scanning rules.
